3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices quoted are based on the specifications agreed upon at the time. Any additional work requested may incur extra costs.
- Any changes to materials, design, or project scope after the quote has been accepted may result in revised pricing.
- A deposit may be required before commencing work, with full payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments

- Any changes to the project timeline will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
- ANK Construction is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, client requests, or force majeure events.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear access to the site for materials, equipment, and staff.
- Any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals (such as planning permissions) must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.
- The client is responsible for removing personal belongings or obstacles from the work area before the project begins.
7. Materials & Workmanship
- All materials used are of high quality and sourced from reputable suppliers.
- If a specific brand or type of material is requested, this must be agreed in writing before work begins.
- Any defects in materials supplied by third-party manufacturers are subject to their warranties and guarantees.
- ANK Construction guarantees the quality of its workmanship and will address any issues arising from poor craftsmanship within 12 months of completion, provided that the issue is due to our work and not external factors (such as weather damage or misuse).
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a client wishes to cancel a project before commencement, written notice must be provided.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work and materials purchased.
- Once work has commenced, any cancellations may result in charges covering labour, materials, and administrative costs.
9. Liability & Insurance
- ANK Construction carries full public liability insurance to cover accidents or damages caused by our work.
- We are not liable for damage to underground utilities (such as gas, water, or electrical lines) unless they have been clearly identified by the client before work begins.
- ANK Construction is not responsible for damage caused by external factors, including weather conditions, vandalism, or client negligence.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion.
- If no resolution is reached, mediation or legal proceedings may be pursued as a last resort.
